and this is amazing. It's better than I'd hoped for. Has a thick, soft, pillowy, slide to it without feeling greasy, tacky or sticky. Put it on a few hours ago and i can still feel it protecting my lips. I don't like the price, but I do like the results.
I've been using DHC products for years well before they started selling on Amazon or in Ulta and they make a quality product. They're a Japanese brand and the Japanese (and Koreans) are leaders in the beauty and skincare arena which is why I mainly use products from those countries. I've always liked this lip cream; it's simple and not medicated. I have very sensitive skin and I never cared for Chapstick because it's so waxy and just sat on my lips in a thick, ugly layer. The DHC consistency is more of a creamy wax than a hard wax and I agree that it's pricey for the quantity, but I have no problem paying a premium for a quality product and it works for me. There's no scent or taste and it's moisturizing.
It's my favorite lip cream. I tried a lot of lip creams, this is the only one I glad to purchase again. And I only use this one recently.
