Return Policy

All sales at Amore Cosmetics are final.
We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us as soon as possible at 📧 support@amorecosmetics.ca. Our customer care team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly—usually within 1–2 business days.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the shipment.

Please double-check your shipping address, contact details, discount codes, and order items before confirming your purchase. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery errors caused by incorrect order information.
