They work! They really do!

These things work! I had pain in the joints in my hands, as I work on a keyboard and mouse all day, and on a keyboard and trackball at night (I write). An author recommended collagen jelly and this brand in particular. I began to feel relief after just taking it for 2 days!!! I have his on auto-ship now, for both my mom and me. Every flavor is good. I even recommend it and have gotten several people to start taking this. They have all come back to me and said how it's helping them too.

its okay

i've had this everyday for 3 months and ate it everyday. i didn't lose weight and still had my appetite. it tasted really good though so i always eat this as a snack. it works okay but it doesn't happen right away just like every other product. i probably would get again.
